Carl's Jr. - Los Angeles

The Angus burger is super delicious, the french fries are pretty good. Parking is available and stuff was helpful.

This is one of the most consistent fast food locations I visit. This is not the closest Carl's Jr to me, but I don't mind going a few blocks extra for better food and service. My order has never been wrong. I usually get chicken strips and they are always fresh and an acceptable portion size, never skimpy. Every employee I have interacted with has been pleasant, with a few times where they were so nice you wouldn't know they were at work. Just wanted to say this locations is dependable with consistent quality and service.

Marlene R has terrible (horrible)customer service. Can someone in real management get this women some training please! No customer service skills whatsoever. I've read other reviews who had the same experience from this person who claims she's the manager. Carl's Jr, you can do better.

(12:30am) We order at the Drive-through. Cashier was very friendly and attentive. We ordered food for 3 of us, everything came out hot and tasted fresh. The only sketchy thing is the parking lot at night time. at lot of homeless and suspicious people are hanging around so if you decide to park and eat on your car BE ALERT!..As far as the restaurant, food and service was fantastic definitely we had a great experience!

I did the drive thru was good service. I like that they use the greenest healthiest lettuce to wrap the hamburger of my choice! Love their fries!
