Chick-fil-a - Los Angeles

Workers profiled my friend on the basis of what he wore and tried to ask for a vax card despite the lack of an active mandate. also a lot of luck to find parking just hop in the drive thru at the Hollywood location, they are open until almost midnight.

The store manager is extremely racist to employees and customers. Will definitely not return and the operator shows how much he cares about customer service by the lack of responses from customers that have had a bad experience at his franchise. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else where your business is appreciated.

Usually great service at any Chick-fil-A restaurant but at Westwood location 3 stars. I ordered on my lunch for dine in. I received food and was told drink should arrive soon . I finished my food with no drink. Went up to counter after I've eaten to let them know I didn't receive my drink while I was eating. All the did was give me a random drink sitting on counter said sorry. I get it can get busy but you should only hand customer completed meals (food and drink at the same time).!

Got a chicken burger, fries and peach milkshake. I love fast food but this tasted absolutely disgusting. It’s my first time trying chick fil a but it was artificial, plasticky, and downright terrible. Hopefully it’s just this store and not others.

Disappointing. Sometimes the food is prepared very tasty. Too often the food has too much salt added. Heavy salt on food makes me want to avoid the place. One never knows when heavy salt will be added.
