This place is amazing! The food was prepared quickly and was incredibly tasty. The sopes were the best I've ever had! Jesse was very friendly and helpful, sharing his family's story about the restaurant. It's such an incredible legacy. A wonderful mix of LA history and exceptional Mexican cuisine. Delicious!

It is a small place in the middle of the market. The food was delicious. The waiter was nice and it was not so expensive.

I have been coming to this location On Olvera street sine 1974 With my parents, And then I started bringing my family to the next place and have always enjoyed the experience in the food. But last week I came here and I ordered the same thing I ordered every Single time, and i must say, the avocado sauce was bland. The beans didn't taste right? And there was no salad on my plate, That usually comes to the combination plate. The taco was not seasons very well and the most disappointing Thing was the hot sauce they had changed. It no longer had the Oriegano spice that made it unique. I even asked the owner of the restaurant if they had changed the sauce and he said yes. I will always come back. I just hope they don't change anything else.
