Mendocino Farms - Los Angeles

This is a chain, but does not strike me as a chain at all. The Banh mi sandwich was one of the best I've ever had! Delicious. We got two sides to share a potato salad and tomato salad) and both were delicious! It is a cute space with plenty of seating inside and out. It is next to other eating establishments and a busy area in general, worth checking out if you're in the area. Like most areas in LA, the parking is terrible though and you have to pay to park even at grocery stores. Plan a visit to trader joes with your visit to Mendocino and plan to purchase something at TJ to get your parking ticket validated.

. . づ loved their chicken salad with almonds and cranberry. So delicious!!! Also their chicken sandwich wich the couscous on the side was super good. The couscous was so creamy wow. Could eat that salad everyday. It was spacious and staff was friendly.

My husband and I ordered a pair of salads here this weekend and both were disappointing. My avocado quinoa one was so crunchy, the quinoa was like gravel and hurt to chew (it had to be either burnt or terribly undercooked). His impossible taco salad only filled about half the to-go bowl and there was about a tablespoon of impossible meat in this. Together, the salads were over $30. Absolutely not worth the price for the poor quality. We've ordered these same salads at tee Mendocino Farms and they were far better. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Huge portions, healthy options inclusive of vegetarian options. Their chicken and meat is cooked to perfection. I also really enjoy their refreshers. Unlike other quick eats, their lemonades and juices are not full of sugar, but rather actual fruit! I've tried everything on the menu and can't say I wasn't in love with any of it. My favorite though is the mango chicken salad! #chefskiss

Tyler provided exceptional assistance in helping me find the perfect dish! I opted for the off menu chicken pesto caprese in salad style, and it was absolutely divine. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and I'm already planning my next order. Don't miss out on this gem just remember to mention it to the staff!
