Panera Bread - Los Angeles

My sandwich was delicious today, but my partner and I were greatly disappointed when we witnessed two women and a young boy claiming a lost purple box that an employee was asking about, even though it did not belong to them. Suddenly, they had the box and appeared excited to find a significant amount of money inside. This incident occurred between 1:45pm and 2pm on Tuesday, November 22nd. Upon realizing that we were observing them, they quickly left the establishment. It is clear to us that they had stolen someone's money. If anyone can identify these individuals based on receipts or other evidence, a warning should be issued about their actions. The women were both Hispanic and overweight, with one having blonde hair and the other having brunette hair. They were accompanied by a young boy.

We were unable to dine at this restaurant due to it being overly crowded. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This was my first time at this restaurant, and I purchased the tomato and basil bread. The woman who sliced the bread for me was incredibly kind and helpful. She was the only person who assisted me at the last minute. I wish I knew her name. Unfortunately, the other two women were rude and refused to help me, saying that they were closed. All of my 5 stars are solely for the woman who helped me. Thank you!

I'm getting absolutely livid at stores inability to follow simple orders. I asked for one bowl of chicken noodle soup and one bowl of cream of chicken wild rice soup and they gave me two of the chicken noodle. With doordash fees I paid $30 for two cupsof soup loaded with more noodles than anyone would ever want in soup and hardly any chicken. This place sucks. First time everordering and I will never ever ever go back and the soup is salty af. This is the location my Dasher picked up from. They alsodon't answer their phone.

Clean. Friendly service. Quick. Fresh food along with fresh bakery items for sale. Catering services. Plenty of parking. Next to other businesses in strip mall.
