Pars Persian Cuisine - Los Angeles

This is one of the best Persian restaurants I've been to, and I've been to quite a few! The staff was extremely polite, and the food was outstanding. The lamb koobideh was juicy and perfectly flavored. An entrée comes with either soup or salad. The atmosphere was pleasant and tranquil, and the servers were consistently courteous. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Food: 5/5

The server was awesome. Very attentive, constantly checking up on everything and friendly. The reason for the three stars is the lamb shank with rice dish I ordered was so bland. I've had Persian food back east plenty of times and this place missed the mark.Maybe my dish was prepared quickly and the chef skipped over the ingredients.I would not recommend to order lamb shank unless you prefer bland food. Hummus and Shashi (sp? salad were decent.

This is the best authentic Persian food in West LA! I enjoyed everything I tried. My boyfriend, who is American, and his family are huge fans of this restaurant's Persian cuisine. The portion sizes are generous, and the atmosphere is wonderful for enjoying a meal with family during lunch or dinner. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is always prepared promptly. After a long day, I stopped by to pick up takeout, and they generously offered me a cup of delicious Persian black tea—such a nice touch! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Persian food or has never tried it before.

For my main course, I ordered the lamb koobideh kabob. The lamb was incredibly tender, almost melting in my mouth, but the texture wasn't quite right for me. It was similar to ground lamb formed into balls, and I think I prefer a bit more fattiness in my lamb dishes. The portion of rice served with it was enormous—I couldn’t finish it. Overall, the restaurant had a peaceful vibe, but it could benefit from a bit more ambiance or additional patrons. I noticed that their hours stated they closed at 9:30, yet new customers were arriving around that time for dinner, which felt a bit odd. Our server was very friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable.

Close proximity to LAX and all the airport hotels. Fast and friendly authentic persian food, definitely worth a stop!
