Pho Hanoi 12 - Los Angeles

I will miss you, Pho Hanoi. I went out for pho the other night only to find that it has closed down, and now I think it has become a Korean restaurant.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service! I ordered delivery and one of the pho soups was missing. I kindly called to inform them and hopefully resolve the issue. The woman who answered was extremely rude and clearly didn’t care. At first, she pretended not to understand me, but suddenly she understood and just said "sorry" before hanging up. When I called back, she picked up the phone and hung up again! Then, I received a call from another man who said basically the same thing. Don’t waste your money on restaurants with staff like this!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I ordered the chicken fried rice along with the pho Thai and a combination platter, and everything was delicious. I brought my mother along, and the meal truly made her day; she loved it! The service was excellent as well. I will definitely return, and I appreciated that the staff even provided us with a lighter to keep. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit.

No basil with noodles,how can call name is pho ? I don’t want come again ! Also make food very slowly , other pho store order 3-4 min come in , this store very slow slow , bye forever !

Food was awful. Service was even worse. I would not get the pho from here, not authentic, wasn't hot, pretty bland.
