Pizza Italia - Los Angeles

I am absolutely shocked by my experience at Pizza Italia. I typically do not leave negative reviews, especially for local businesses, as I understand the challenges they face. However, my recent order of two pizzas and wings for $69 was completely unacceptable. When I called the restaurant to question the price, the owner responded aggressively and proceeded to yell at me in front of my friend. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Even if the pizzas were priced at $25 each, the quality was subpar with burnt crust. I am grateful to have captured the incident on my surveillance cameras. I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.

The food was terrible and the service was rude. I would never dine here again. I wasted $40 on a dreadful experience.

I've never posted on Yelp. The reason I'm posting a Yelp is to alert everyone. First time I came to eat with my son, He ordered a Burger Combo and I ordered beef kabob plate. The burger combo was okay. But the kabob plate was the worst I ever tasted from any kabob places. I couldn't even swallow a piece of the beef. It was way too salty and my son could probably make better rice then this place. I love rice and this was too disappointing. The Lady in took my order and was helping pack my order. But in between it all. She was taking phone orders and touching her hair and eating an orange right in front of all the food. It was gross just seeing her do that. Sanitize your hands lady and maybe you can take a break to eat. One of the guys making pizzas he was on his phone . Cell phones carry a lot of germs. Hope the owner reads this Yelp so that he can help his staff be more clean and organized. Last we waited close to 40min for our 2 little orders. The lady couldn't even walk our order to the table. My son had to get it. No CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!???????????? 0 stars.

This restaurant is the worst! I wish I could give it negative stars. The staff here act as though we are in a third world country where issues are handled on the streets. My mother and sister called to order two pizzas and nine chicken wings for lunch. When the delivery driver arrived and said the total was $69, my family called the restaurant to double-check the prices. The owner insisted that the prices were correct, and when my sister sarcastically said "good luck", the owner showed up at our door 30 minutes later with a friend. He proceeded to yell at us for questioning his prices, causing a scene in the parking lot. Other business owners and customers in the plaza stopped to watch. Just because you own a business doesn't make you superior to others. We are grateful that the situation didn't escalate to the point of calling the police. If this restaurant ever comes near our area again, we will press charges. The owner's behavior was unacceptable, and we have footage of the incident from our surveillance cameras. This business is a joke, and we urge them to shut down for good.

Fresh cut vegetables, all freshly made on request. I've been here since last week in lunch. I'm glad to have come over Pizza Italia. I would recommend it very much. You have the recipes on point u can not go wrong here is just right. Thanks for the good food. The best of success and happiness for all of you.
