Prime Pizza - Los Angeles

To give you an additional star bc, the service was so good (guy at register was very friendly). Pizza was very solid. The white pizza was brilliant, the Sicily was very good, and the Pepp NY style slice had good crust, but not a ton of taste esp for pepperoni. Would definitely go back if I wanted a white slice.

Our pizza was delayed- majorly- it had been burnt or forgotten but either way the owner gave us free wings and garlic knots to make up for it. When the pizza was still delayed further he informed us he had comped the pizza completely, so our meal was nearly free. Also- the square pizzas (Sicilian and mothers) are PHENOMENAL.. the crust was so crispy, the cheese so thick and melted, bubbled and golden. I can?t say enough about it. Get it.

It is difficult to ruin pizza, but Prime Pizza managed to do just that. The two slices of cheese pizza I ordered were flavorless, lacking in cheese, and had a tough texture. It seemed like they were simply taken from the display case and heated up in the microwave. I even broke a tooth trying to eat the cardboard-like crust. The only highlight of my meal was the canned Sprite that came with the combo. The restaurant itself was clean and had a great ambiance with cool decorations, including old Dodgers memorabilia. I would consider giving this place another try if they stop serving leftover display pizza. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Really good wood fire pizza! The crust was thin and the beats were plentiful, but the distribution left a little to wish. I wish they had an extra granny sauce on the side for the crust, but it's distracting from the quality of the pizza itself. It also warmed nicely the next day, with a non-stick frying pan.

Pretty decent pizza. Your round cakes are great, especially if you are looking for only one slice, but I would recommend the square cakes. Great crust, great flavors.
