Simply Salad - Los Angeles

Salad was not crispy as expected.Soggy with none of the ingredients I requested, red onions and peppercorns were missing.

I ordered my food online, a build your own salad. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was wrong! They made a wrap instead of a build your own salad. They made the salad with the ingredients I ordered, but missed a couple and added after I informed them. The avocado was hard as a rock and I paid 2.50 extra. I had given up on this place after I observed them playing with my salad while they made it, but gave them another chance as I work in the area. Overall I am disappointed with this location and do not recommend!

This is one of those places that consistently gets your order wrong. It has happened SO many times for us. As in, more often than not. As in, it just happened YET AGAIN!Super frustrating and I would love to know why. Other than that, the concept is great, and would be even better if they offered organic lettuce.

Quality and portions have taken a deep dive in the last year. Maybe the staff is overwhelmed by orders? Maybe new policies? Wrote to customer service about my subpar experience, with no reply.

I love this so much, I eat everyday after I workout from 24 hour fitness. They provide such great service and are always willing to reimburse you when they make a mistake on your salad.
