Soom Soom Fresh - Los Angeles

My wife and I tried the shawarma, ground meat kebabs, and chicken schnitzel at this restaurant. The flavors were delicious and the prices were reasonable. It rivals other Israeli restaurants in the Pico Robertson area. The service was friendly and efficient, especially for a fast food establishment.

This restaurant has extremely poor customer service. I typically do not write reviews, but I had such a negative experience that I felt compelled to share. My initial interaction over the phone was frustrating, as the person who answered was uncooperative in taking my order. When I arrived at the store to place my order in person, the gentleman assisting me continued the rude and unhelpful behavior. He even went so far as to say he was not the chef when I inquired about how certain dishes were made. I was shocked by the disrespect I received from the entire staff, as one employee even flipped me off. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment.

This restaurant is terrible! I never even had the chance to get my food. I placed an order over the phone, but when I arrived, my food wasn't ready. Other people were getting their food before me, so I was left standing there confused. The staff even asked me if I wanted regular spinach, even though I had already placed my order. After waiting for 13 minutes, I left without getting my food. I will never return and will not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my lunch break standing there!

Super fresh and tasty. Very large portions at fair prices. The falafel is top notch. It I Has a bit of a kick to it. The chicken shawarma is wonderful. They are also serious about the pita bread. Many places don't realize what a difference good pita makes. Bring the family and get some to go.

The food was excellent, they just need to make sure everyone gets their hot food at the same time. Definitely check this place out, but bring your own tzatziki (not available here).
