Subway - Los Angeles

The order was incomplete, and the delivery person didn't check my order this time, resulting in missing items. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened.

The restaurant is clean and well-organized. Although I had to wait about 5 minutes to be attended to, the overall service was good.

This restaurant has always been a positive experience for me. The staff is typically friendly and readily available. I look forward to returning on my future visits.

I visited the subway and saw that they were supposed to close at 10:00. I arrived at 9:20, but when I got there, they had already removed all the hot foods and covered most of the cold items. The food case was nearly empty, which suggests they started cleaning before 9:00. Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I wanted because everything had been taken away. I believe that's not right; if the store advertises a closing time of 10:00, I should be able to see and choose from the food options at 9:20.

I usually order from this place all the time, but today they forgot to put avocado on my sandwich. Considering that avocado costs extra, it was disappointing to be charged for it and not receive it on my sandwich.
