Tatsu Ramen - Los Angeles

I used to love the Hakata ramen that is served here! While there are many places that offer tonkotsu, I really enjoy Tatsu Ramen's Old Skool Ramen. It reminds me of Fukuoka.

I might be partial, but I love spicy food. I decided to go all out and ordered the "INSANE" level of spiciness. However, I found the food to be more on the mild side and geared towards a mainstream audience. It was still delicious and tasted homemade, which is always a plus. Overall, the food was enjoyable in its own category of goodness.

3.5 stars rounded down. Seemed overpriced to me, but i am from another area so that may be normal in this part of town. Very busy and definitely a hip place maybe too hip for me. Ramen wasnt bad by any means but it was very salty (yes very salty, even for ramen). Would be nice to see more vegan/vegetarian options.
