The Talpa is my favorite restaurant for Mexican cuisine. I've been a regular for many years, even back when it had a different owner. Despite the changes, The Talpa remains an excellent restaurant. I've introduced my family and many friends, including those from Scotland, to it.

One of the better mom and pop Mexican restaurants on the westside. beautiful bar and solid good eating make it a often pleasant place visit!

The best salsa ever. Great large portions. Salads are wonderful. Really good potato Tacos. The chili verde is the best but can be hit-and-miss when it comes to the tenderness of the meat.
