Toluca Bakery And Cafe - Los Angeles

This bakery has been around for five years, mostly as a vegan bakery. They offer traditional “pan dulce” as well as some savory items like tamales and empanadas. They also have gluten-free options which are clearly marked in shop. Their cakes are reasonably priced, $40 for a small tres leches cake (plus $5 for fruit) and $50 for a small tiramisu cake. Note: they are located in a shopping center with free parking.

This restaurant has an amazing selection, fantastic hours, and great value. It is an incredible place and I am so grateful to live nearby.

I love having this bakery nearby. As someone who avoids gluten and dairy, I don't often have the chance to indulge, but luckily I can still enjoy these baked goods. They always have a fresh variety to choose from, but my favorite is the chocolate finger cookies - I always make sure to get some every time I visit. My waistline may not thank me, but I definitely do!

The pastries at this restaurant are fantastic! I've been dairy-free for 2.5 months now (not that I'm counting) and I still enjoyed them immensely.
