I will begin with the one star that has actually been earned. the host/cashier who brought me my food and greeted me at the door was super nice and the brot was good. unfortunately my stars end. that was terrible. not even for someone who was very hungry. the aubergineparm was too salty and had a strong fishy taste. the ravioli side was definitiw canned ravioli and tasted worse then chefboyrd but the sauce was ok. chicken parm was edible but not very good. the captivating alfredo had no salt at all, pasta seemed to be fresh, but super boiled. also terrible. it's sad to say it, but the $80 I spent on 3 records was a complete drop. I'm leaving because all the reviews were pretty good and his only Italian job in lb. there must be a new cook. I grew up now. will not be back.
Rib sticking Italian food with rich, hearty meat sauce. I always get the chicken Parm with ravioli on the side and it's always enough for me and my chow hound dog. I appreciate that they never forget lots of bread with pats of real butter on the to go dinners. Only service dogs are allowed in the bar but okay in the waiting area (to go orders). The bar is lively. The prices are kind of high but good food and good portion size.

I was lucky to find this place. If you find yourself in the area, check it out. I enjoyed everything I ate here. I had ravioli as a side dish, and it was pretty good. I had a couple friends with me so I sampled a few dishes.lol. Full bar, good food, and great staff. That 's a 5 Star in my book.
I can immediately recommend this place. Traveling from LA to Monterey and Sequoia Park you will definitely be passing by this beautiful place. We ordered 4 meals and all of them were top notch. 1. The steak was medium and the chef did the right thing. The steak was amazing, juicy, flavorful and served with onions 2. The scallop paste was rich in flavors, the scallops were juicy and soft. 3. Lasagna. As my friend said, this was the tastiest pasta he has ever had. Juicy, tasty and aromatic. 4. The last dish was Pasta balaniese and it once again showed us the professionalism of this place and their chefs.
