The food at this restaurant is consistently excellent, and the service is top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the dining experience even better. Be sure to tip your servers well; they truly put in a lot of effort. One small suggestion: the cocktail could use a little less ketchup—perhaps a tweak to the recipe might help, though it’s still very tasty. I also hope they could add an aguachile or ceviche option to the menu, as I’m sure they would do a fantastic job with it based on the other dishes we've enjoyed. Julia's reminds me of the diners back in New Jersey, with an extensive menu that covers a bit of everything, and they execute every dish wonderfully. Keep up the great work; we’ll definitely be returning. In fact, we make the drive from the island just to eat here!

Absolutely delicious! We make it a point to stop here every time we travel from San Antonio to South Padre. The menu offers fantastic and fresh food! The service is lightning fast, too! Candelario and the rest of the staff make it such a fun and welcoming experience that we can't wait to return! This place definitely deserves 5 stars, plus, plus, plus! Looking forward to our next visit!

This is such a charming place with a rich history. The breakfast was delicious, reminiscent of what grandma would make. We ended up ordering two pancakes afterward, which were the perfect conclusion to our meal. The service was outstanding—we never ran out of hot coffee! We will definitely return one day.
