Subway - Los Gatos

We finally found a Subway that treats our sandwiches with care and doesn't overload them with lettuce! The staff was extremely friendly and patient with my son, who has verbal challenges. They were always smiling and encouraged us to take our time. Our half-12" subs were individually wrapped and labeled, which we appreciated. We will definitely be adding this Subway to our list of regular places to eat because of their welcoming atmosphere.

The texture of the bun was comparable to biting into paper. Quite unpleasant.

The cookies at this restaurant could be softer. They are very dry and hard.

Long story short, I ordered a sandwich on Subway app the app took my money I never got a sandwich. After letting Subway know, the owner reached out to me and was so helpful, she offered to give me a free sandwich. The money got ultimately wascredited back to me through my bank, but I appreciated her help! I have always had my orders made correctly at this location andthey always come out delicious!
