Con Huevos! - Louisville

I went to lunch with my wife one day and liked it so much that we returned for breakfast the next day. We tried three different salads, and each one was fantastic.

While visiting from out of state, I stumbled upon this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The only drawback was figuring out how to enter the building; some signage on the exterior doors would certainly be helpful. However, the food and service were excellent! We both ordered the Omni-vore sandwich and loved it. If we find ourselves in town again, we will definitely return!

The Chilequiles here are incredibly delicious! You can find them in the small marketplace or 'food court' area of the new Omni Hotel complex.

Was pleasantly surprised! Perfect breakfast sandwich, freshly made and delicious! Will definitely be coming back to try other items on the menu, especially since it less than a mile from my Church.

Everything was very good! Dont forget the hot sauce. I knocked the atmosphere only because its like a food court filled with a lot of tourists.Dietary restrictions: They have a bunch of gluten free options!Parking: Free on Sundays!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs from street to counter
