Five Guys - Louisville

My man and I ate here last night and we waited for over 20 minutes to get our burgers and pommes. they weren't busy, but the staff was in the conversation. another lady also waited and when she left, she said she wasn't back. the girl that gave me our food was rude and she threw my bag. I thanked her and she never recognized it. we will never come back

I've never been to a bad five Guys place. used the app, went in and took my food! great personal. food: 5/5

Do not disturb order online. the hired sit in the back and do not start cooking her until they arrive. I wait 10 minutes for my lunch on my lunch break when it should be done. the place is also an absolute chaos. none of their tables is clean.

First time being there quiet atmosphere quick service very clean inside and out very polite employees and the burgers are great love the big chunk fries that they have to need a quick meal five guys is your place

Unless ur a friend of who ever is getting orders together then u will wait 30 mins to get ur orders. When u spend as much time as I did, u get how the system works and I seen several orders go out before mine. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional
