The service was really disappointing. The butter for the bread was rock solid, straight out of the fridge. When we asked the waitress to soften it a little so we could spread it without tearing the bread, she seemed annoyed. We ordered two sweet teas with no lemon, but they were served with lemon in them. When I mentioned the mistake, she just removed the lemon and brought them back. I ordered a hamburger but received a cheeseburger instead. Additionally, I asked for a loaded baked potato and ended up with mashed potatoes.

Ordered the steak medium and it came out well done. That didn't bother me too much, but it was way over seasoned.

So, who knew Longhorn has some amazing lunch specials??? Thank you to Mgr, Lakiesha H for taking such good care of my Daddy and Faye, every time they come there for the Dr. and eat out there. Perfect lunch today at Longhorn Steakhouse again ! We go to the 9700 Von Allmen Ct in Louisville services know us and have our drinks ready ! . Kevin and Mitchell R are the best servers. Personable and professional, keep up the good work Longhorn Steakhouse !

The steak was good and the sides were also great the bread was tasty as well the service was just ok to be honest. I will return soon
