Mcdonald's - Louisville

Drove in this morning and waited and waited at the drive through. i know they have video cams at the drive through. never got waited on so i drove past window and saw woman just standing there looking out. i guess they don't need my money or they just do not care

Drive thru was quick and efficient and folks were friendly even though it was quite late in the evening.

Just don’t go here. Charged over $8.00 for a frozen coffee drink that was the wrong size and the bottom was ice cream not mixed.

Go to this McDonald’s 2024. It’s under new management or something, everything was wrapped exquisitely, the food was great, the service, maybe the best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had, I don’t even write reviews. This was at 2am. McDonald’s, give them folks a raise.

You can tell the management and staff are trying to turn this store around! Congratulations
