Panda Express - Louisville

The restaurant is very clean! I placed an online order, but when I arrived 15 minutes later, they hadn’t received it yet. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to process my order. The egg rolls are larger than usual and quite tasty, while the orange chicken was just okay. It’s a good option for quick Chinese food, but it won’t take the place of my favorite sit-down restaurant.

My meal was delivered quickly, fresh, and piping hot. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Naturally, the food was delicious as well. Having dined at various locations from coast to coast, I always find the Panda Express experience to be excellent, and this location was no different.

The food is great! When they say it's spicy, they really mean it. The Kung Pao chicken is genuinely spicy. The lady working there was really nice, too.

It's hit or miss here, they have a drive thru but I would recommend going inside to see the food. If it's been sitting a while it's terrible but when it's hot and fresh it's pretty good. I wish they cut more of the tail off of the shrimp, especially the breaded pieces in the walnut shrimp entree. Another wish would be for them to use thicker lo mein noodles so they don't dry out as quickly and get hard.

I'm never afraid to say I'll wait on fresh food. They seem to be ok serving old, hard, cold food unless you specify otherwise.
