Qdoba Mexican Eats - Louisville

The chips were stale, and the black railings near the booths were chipped and peeling. Both the sweet tea and black tea tasted terrible, and I noticed that the tea urns were uncovered. There were also bugs flying around the fountain drink and trash can areas. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice that the boy at the checkout looked to be under 16; his parent was one of the employees, but he seemed more like 12 or 13.

I've been visiting this Qdoba for lunch for a while now, and I haven't had a single bad experience. Since the new employees and management came on board, they've been doing an excellent job. The staff members who work during lunch are always on top of things, ensuring that you receive a fresh and hot meal. The general manager, Ronal (or Ronald, I believe), along with a young man named Jonathan, really do a fantastic job; they deserve a raise and recognition from Qdoba, especially since they handle everything so well even when short-staffed. You guys are the best! I can’t wait to have lunch there again soon!

All the food was excellent—hot, fresh, delicious, and served in generous portions. This is the best Qdoba I've ever visited. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. I want to thank GM Ronal and his amazing team for their hard work, especially considering they were short-staffed. The professionalism of the service shone through. I will definitely be returning more often. Keep up the fantastic work—you guys are amazing!!!

The food was excellent. However, the person who prepared it was not very polite. While the cashier was courteous, he seemed to lack knowledge about the app and the rewards program.
