Írjon visszajelzéstI experienced excellent service during my visit, but unfortunately, the coffee I received wasn’t the best. I ordered a Trenta but was given a small straw that seemed more suited for a short or tall drink. When I tried to return my drink because it tasted terrible, all I really wanted was a straw and a spoon to stir the caramel that had stuck to the bottom. It was a tough day for me, coming from a job in healthcare and dealing with personal news about my husband’s cancer diagnosis. On a better day, this coffee might have been a nice pick-me-up. I ended up going home, and while I wasn't particularly happy, I recognize that we all have off days. This was my first time at this location, and I will give it another shot. Thank you to the staff for providing such great customer service — it truly is appreciated.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a lovely atmosphere. I stopped in for a snack and tried the paradise drink, which was fantastic! It turned out to be the best decision I made this morning. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely return to this Starbucks. Thank you!
I ordered a large café mocha and was informed that the barista would mix the honey into the hot espresso before adding the ice. Unfortunately, she didn’t stir it, and the honey ended up clumping at the bottom just as it was originally poured. Additionally, I’m not really a fan of the constant hip-hop music playing in the background. On a positive note, the cashier had an exceptional customer service attitude—one of the best I’ve encountered in a long time and very professional.
Service everything is good. Now post COVID their prices are more comfortable because everywhere else has went up so much that they are making Starbucks not feel as expansive. Hopefully inflammation doesn't hit Starbucks like everything else. The only negative experience that I have everytime I go to this locations. The line is out in Bardstown Rd I always expected to be rear ended. They have may 6 parking spaces they're all filled w/ carryout, Uber eats, dinning in. If you do decide to carry out your blocked in for 15 minutes.
They do not have enough experienced employees! They are disorganized! They need some experienced people to help them along. Sometimes there is thirty people in here besides the window! I think they are doing their best but need more experience! I?m a regular at different Starbucks! Most of them run great! This is Just new!
