Subway - Louisville

Hello, I am normally from Mississippi but I visited because I had went on a road trip to visit my family so when I went I ordered a sandwhich and when I opened it , It was a dread lock in my food and there where a piece of eyelash in my food so when I went to tell them to remake it they really spit in my food infront of my face and gave it back to me to eat. I also asked for the manager but they told me the manager was not there and lots of workers was making out with each other and also they chocked me and they tired to stab me with a knife.

I love subway. It is the perfect place to stop while on a road trip. Usually, the food is good and the service is fast. However, the experience I had here with my family wasn’t very good. There were two people working over the counter. They were nice enough, but they were amateurs. One of the did not for the meats, and it took FOREVER! When it was time to get the veggies, they were very disorganized. The two employees even started talking which wastes valuable driving time. I was annoyed, but as long as I got my sandwich, I would be happy. Unfortunately, when I opened it up in the car, I immediately noticed a hair on the sandwich. I did not eat anything, and my family did not touch their sandwiches. Overall, the food here was sub-par. I expect better from Subway, and I hope that people see this review and stay away from this place. It is NOT worth the money.

Very disappointed. Ordered a guacamole turkey bacon sandwich ft.long.There was no guacamole on my sandwich at all and that is the main reason I order that specific sandwich. The bread on the bottom didn't even cover my entire sandwich either.I call to see if I can get refunded for the extra I payed for what was not included on my sandwich and was told to come back up and I am unable to now due to being at work and I got hung up on.Also the man working im guessing is the owner.Always in a hurry and rushing you. Maybe make the orders correctly instead of worrying getting more people out at once! Quality over Quantity!! I will not be back!.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was slow, the staff was rude and inattentive. I will not be returning to this establishment. Despite giving it another chance, I was let down by the disrespectful employees, unclean dining area, and witnessing a worker handling a customer's food without gloves on. The vegetables were not fresh, and it seems they are not meeting health department standards.

This restaurant is fantastic! The staff are enthusiastic and welcoming, and my sandwich was flawless. Will definitely be returning here.
