Taco Bell - Louisville

It's a taco place, so what did they expect? My order is always correct, the staff is friendly, and they do their best to keep the line moving.

At last exactly what I ordered! only that is it, it is cowardly tocos and burritos! no serviettes! sm

I work in the neighboring shopping center, and myself or my coworkers end up getting lunch here probably 3 to 4 times a week.We consistently receive our order made incorrectly.I've spoken with the manager Matt on a couple occasions, and nothing ever changes.I end up having to get my order replaced at least half the time.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere—cool and clean. The service was excellent, and the food was good. I was disappointed that the Mexican Pizza was sold out, but I'm glad to see it back on the menu!

The manager was rather curt with me and claimed he couldn't read. I overheard some swearing coming from the kitchen, and it felt more like kids were playing than actually working. This might explain why it took 15 minutes to get my order.
