Taco Bell - Louisville

The restaurant got my order right, but unfortunately, the food is always cold. The meat is never hot, not even warm. I tried the new crispy Cantina crunchy taco, and while I love the crunchy shell, I'm not a fan of the artificial melted cheese that you usually find at concession stands for nachos. I also sampled the new Cherry slush, but it tasted more like blue raspberry than cherry.

I can't express how much I enjoyed my experience today—it was beyond happy! I had previously dismissed Taco Bell as just a quick and cheap option when nothing better was around. However, today was a delightful surprise. The gentleman at the drive-thru was friendly and courteous, and my food was fresh. The soft tacos were absolutely stuffed—just like they used to be in the '80s and '90s. You truly made my day. Thank you, Taco Bell!

I placed a Doordash order for pickup, and I was impressed by how fast and efficient the drive-thru was. The staff member at the window was friendly, courteous, and professional. After receiving my delivery, I had plenty of time to lean against my car and take a break! LOL. I give this place 5 gold stars!

I had a great late lunch. I ordered cheddar taco thing. It was awesome!
