The Grape Leaf - Louisville

Great patio dining. Loved the tenderloin kabob and avocado salad. Feels like you have eaten a really healthy meal. They have reverse osmosis filtered water. WOW.

My husband and I LOVE Middle Eastern Food...and The Grape Leaf is one of our very favorite restaurants. Our favorite dish is the Kufta plate (one of us always gets this . But the main reason we go so frequently is the tabouli. My husband and I eat tabouli whenever and wherever we can (we're practically tabouli experts! and The Grape Leaf has five star tabouli. To top it all off (literally , the chef often sprinkles pine nuts, raisins, figs, dates, maybe even a strawberry or two on top of the tabouli...what a great touch. If you love Middle Eastern food, you'll love The Grape Leaf. If you're not sure about Middle Eastern food, try The Grape Leaf...I bet you'll love it.

The restaurant is very quaint and and personable. The food is excellent. There's a server that works there he's been there for quite some time his name is Richard and he knows the restaurant inside and out the menu and especially at a Mediterranean restaurant which seems to have a lot of regulars for people like me who are not familiar and I've only been there a couple times myself I had a lot of questions and he doesn't have to look he doesn't have to think he just knows and that makes the restaurant experience even greater. Kudos to Richard and to the grape leaf

I tried there gyro and it was really good. If you like spice then try there spicy habanero sauce has some really good spice and flavor! Try your meal with a Turkish coffee and the flavor of the notes really go well with the food!

I eat Mediterranean food all over the world. This is the best I've ever found and the owner is a beloved, contributing member of the community loved by all. I love the lamb shawarma, chicken sumac, Greek salad(no lettuce) , homemade hot sauce, mjudara, moussaka, Turkish coffee, baklava and so much more!
