Wendy's - Louisville

I waited for at least 15 minutes without anyone taking my order. I had been here before and experienced incredibly slow service, so I hesitated to return. However, I decided to give it another chance to see if things had improved. Unfortunately, they actually seem to have gotten worse. There’s simply not enough time to enjoy a meal, since they take an eternity to take orders and even longer to serve the food once it is ordered. It feels like there's hardly anyone working, as they take an order and then disappear to cook before moving on to the next one. I’ve worked in the food industry myself, and I've never experienced such slow service. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I spent my entire break waiting in their drive thru. 25 minutes at the speaker waiting to order. But they told me to wait because they had a large order in front of me. It was two meals and 3 kid's meals. Absolutely ridiculous. They only got 1 star because I can't give them negative stars.

Just got several menu items and they got every last item correct. Out food was fresh and hot. It was a bit of a wait in line but everything was so good.

The new 5 dollar bags are the same as the old 4 for 4 meals. . . The double stack is still the best option for my family because we don't eat pork. . . Unfortunately the double stack used to be on the 4 for 4 list.

I love Wendy's! Everything I had was incredibly fresh. Their baked potatoes are from the chain and come loaded with cheese, butter, and sour cream. I can't wait to go back for another baked potato!
