We waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru. It's just your typical fast food experience—overpriced and the fries were cold.

The location on Algonquin tends to be quite slow; you might find yourself waiting in line for 15 to 30 minutes. Additionally, there are times when your order may be incorrect.

The restaurant claims to be open from 6 AM to 1 AM, Monday through Saturday. However, when I arrived at 6:30 AM on Friday, I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes without getting any response. I then decided to drive around to the parking lot, hoping that they simply hadn't put on their headsets yet and that I could go inside for breakfast. Unfortunately, I found the door locked when I got there. If your hours state 6 AM to 1 AM, then you should be open during those times. This level of service is unacceptable.

Cold food never fails. Management don't know how to run the business and obviously don't care. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Still cant use app, the machines are always down..man seemed very flustered trying to get order in machine and blowing every time i asked for something as if he didnt want to be there.. Bun didnt seem to fresh for my sandwich..got 1 giant nugget and 2 others waa missing a nugget
