Pizza Hut - Lowell

I'm really disappointed with the pizza I ordered, expecting it to be great, but it was far from it! First, I couldn't even separate the slices because they were all stuck together. The cheese was burnt, and the crust was hard. Considering how much I spent, it should have looked and tasted like a regular pizza, not like a piece of cardboard. I could have just gone to the store and bought a Red Baron pizza, which would probably have been much better than this one.

I requested a thin crust with no cheese, but what I received was paper thin and burnt due to the minimal sauce. Additionally, they were quite stingy with the pepperoni.

On July 14, 2022, as a disabled retired veteran, I want to express my gratitude for the delivery service. My delivery person was incredibly patient and polite. Thank you! I appreciate how he waited nearly 10 minutes for me, which was very kind of him. I'm truly grateful!

Hate leaving bad reviews but the pizza at this location is so serverly undercooked its actually repulsive. The bacon pieces are litteraly still pink and some of the bacon is just white chunks of fat. also the cheese is litteraly PAPER WHITE, when a pizza is fully cooked the cheese is supposed to turn darker/yellow its not supposed to stay white like that, not just complaining about the appearance because you can litteraly taste how undercooked it is. Even the pizza hut express stand at target is a million times better than this. idk if you guys ovens are broken or something but whatever it is you need to fix it before someone gets sick
