Jimmy's Egg - Lubbock

We arrived on a Saturday morning to find the restaurant empty. Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. I tried the cinnamon roll ice cream- it was delicious! The breakfast dish my partner and I shared was excellent. We will definitely be returning.

Yo the waiter was funny as hell, respectful and passionate about his job. I took his recommendation on what to try and damn was it good. Great food, great service, great coffee. 10/10

We will not be returning to this restaurant in the shopping center. We arrived at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday and there were only 2 servers working. We gave our names to the hostess and waited for 10-15 minutes before being checked in. After waiting for a total of 20 minutes, we noticed that our name had been taken off the list without us being seated. Four other parties had also left due to the long waiting period. This is the third time in the last month that we have experienced long wait times at this restaurant. The food may be good, but it is not worth the wait and the staff seem untrained. We will not be returning to this place again.

Unfortunately, I have many allergies and had to make several modifications to a dish. Our waitress, Ashley, was very friendly and communicated directly with the chefs about the changes. The dish came out perfectly and was delicious.
