Little Caesars Pizza - Lubbock

It shouldn't take 30 minutes to receive a pizza on a slow day. The employees seem undertrained and not very busy. This reflects poorly on management.

Our pizza experience was truly disappointing. This was actually my first time trying this place, and I have to say, it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. I've been getting pizzas from Little Caesars for over 50 years, and this one was just awful. It was completely unsatisfactory. Yuck! Even the cashier was slow and seemed a bit odd or confused. What a letdown!

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered my food 20 minutes before I arrived, but when I got there, the staff member informed me that my order wasn't ready and that she'd bring it to my car. After waiting an additional 20 minutes with no sign of my order, I went inside to check on the status. To my surprise, she told me that they hadn't even started preparing my order yet. It was incredibly frustrating.

It was bad enough that I had to wait. but I was there before two other young men and they got pizza before me. then I had two cheeses and they gave me 1 pfefferoni. I live from the city.

Placed an order only for them to say they're out of cheese so I decided to just cancel the order and they told me that they couldn't do that and that I would have to cancel it through the app but there's no option to do that and when I look it up it says to contact the store but yet they refuse to just refund me
