Starbucks - Lubbock

No one here but couldn't be bothered to honor our coupon

This is inside united by the way. But they have made quick coffees when i have gone there.

I used to really enjoy this Starbucks, visiting it every day for about two years. However, I was quite disappointed to discover that it has recently changed management. Some of my favorite employees are still there, but when I was attended to by the new manager one morning, I was not impressed. She seemed to prioritize profits over customer relationships, making me feel like just another source of revenue rather than a valued customer. This Starbucks has transformed from a welcoming place where I knew the staff and they knew me, into one that feels more focused on money than on people. I have to say I'm really let down by this change. I plan to avoid this location moving forward; there are plenty of other Starbucks in town where I won't feel like just a walking wallet. I’ll give it 3 stars for the few exceptional employees still working there and the good food.

I rate all Starbucks locations a 1 because they do not serve military personnel. I choose not to buy anything from them and prefer to go to Scooters or Dutch Bros instead, as both options are not only cheaper but also better.

You can't go wrong at Starbucks. They always do a great job!
