Taco Casa - Lubbock

The food is outstanding, and the customer service is excellent. This is the cleanest Taco Casa I’ve ever dined at.

Updated on 8/24 - I’m still in love with this place! The food is fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff is among the friendliest I’ve ever met! This restaurant is amazing! I really can’t say enough good things about this charming spot, whether you want fast food or a sit-down meal. There’s plenty of cheese on the dishes, and the staff is both tasty and friendly. The place is also very clean. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restroom was impressively clean for a fast food restaurant.

The building is well-maintained and clean, and the staff are both friendly and hardworking. The super nachos are ample for two people to share, generously topped with plenty of cheese. While the taco meat is flavorful, it does have a slightly greasy texture.

I have a couple of recommendations: double or triple-check orders for better consistency and PLEASE use more ice! I barely got any ice in my sweet tea on a scorching day. It tasted good but was way too warm! There were just a few pieces of ice floating around. Interestingly, their cups have fill lines that I’m pretty sure weren’t followed (see pic for reference ???). I even asked for extra ice the next time, but it turned out the same. Nobody likes hot sweet tea, lol. Despite these issues, we'll definitely be back!
