People working there were real nice. But giving just 2 stars because the prices are ridiculous, $14 for a chicken strip dinner wow. The place was very clean and like I said people working there are nice.

I would give a 5 but had to return to restaurant to get order fixed. Me and my mother ordered take out. Normally I check the order before I leave but I didn't this time. When we arrived home, first thing i noticed was the gravy was like water/ warmmilk (very thin). Then I noticed the steak fingers were hard. Called the restaurant and was told to bring food back withreceipt and they would make it new. Between the time I called and arrived the manager had went to another store to get freshsteak fingers and they thickened up the gravy. We originally ordered a 6 piece but they replaced it with an 8 piece. Food wasawesome after they corrected.

Has taken big baby for her first ice cream membrane. No, but Dairy Queen. Fast friendly service. Staff were great. We forgot our drinks, but we didn't have a big deal.

Jessica is amazing!!! She always makes sure all my orders are correct and fresh and exactly how I want it. She’s so polite and caring. I have never had an issue with going to DQ on John Reditt. Love this place!

I also ordered a vanilla Coke, and instead of preparing it the way I requested, they handed me a cup and rolled their eyes when I asked for a Coke with vanilla, not just the vanilla Coke from the machine. The manager responded similarly when I insisted on not getting it from the machine. While I don’t mind paying for the vanilla, I expect to receive it as requested, not just from the machine, especially since I could’ve gotten that for the same price as any other drink. The food quality has consistently been subpar, if not downright disgusting. I realize now that it was a mistake to go back after not enjoying my meals there for a long time—I won’t be returning again. Additionally, many of the employees appear unkempt and lack even basic people skills. It’s truly disheartening when you find that Jack in the Box employees seem more polished than the staff here. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing, and I won’t be coming back.
