Taco Bell - Lumberton

Used mobile app. could not go in and pick up. they sent me through the drive thru after they had been parked for 10 minutes in a certain "mobile order" spot and then, when I came into the window, they told me that I had to park again on the parking lot. I'm waiting for 15 minutes on 2 tacos. the door on the sign says come and eat and that the dinner room is open, but every time I come by here, it is not open and the service still sucks.

I don't suggest you go here every time I go I have the same simple order an it's always wrong when I get home, only difference tonight one employee couldn't take my order the way I ordered went and got a manager he started over an took my order got home and it was wrong when I got home called talked to the manager he tried to tell me what I got was right when I know what I ordered hell didn't even give me one of my items then gone say well if you bring the food back I'll remake it for you (I live in the country not in town) so tomorrow I'll be calling corporate!

Asked for double meat double cheese and double sauce on my two chicken quesadillas and got back to wor after being charged 16$ to find I had more tortilla than chicken or sauce. Try to call and speak to someone about the issue they refuse to answer the phone

Would give them zero stars but can't. They just need to shut this store down. No Inside ordering. Took me 35 minutes to get food in the drive through because only waiting on 3 cars at a time because of short staff. Then they give me the wrong order. So had an ordeal sorting that out. Almost an hour for taco bell. REALLY!!! If this is all the service you can provide. Close the doors. Will never eat at the Lumberton taco bell again.

The food was cold the lettuce was almost black the coke was disgusting it took about 35min to get though the drive thru. That Taco Bell on Robert's Ave needs to be closed for good we will never eat at that SOB again. I'd give it a if I could.
