Tim Hortons - Lumby

Terrible coffee! Every time we happen to stop for a coffee, it’s terrible. Watered down coffee, even the dark roast was weak and watery. Tastes like hot creamer and not coffee, don’t have an issue with any of the Tim Hortons in Vernon. We had asked for them to remake it but it was the same watery coffee. I hope that the staff can be trained how to brew a basic coffee.

I'm simple and easy, wanted a bagel n cream cheese, coffee and tea biscuit. Got a stale hard bagel not cut maybe teaspoon of cheese, asked for 3 Milk 2 sugar in coffee and even double check with lady for milk not cream she said milk for sure, started drinking in truck and it was so much cream not milk I was pissed. Tea biscuit was fine. If place was busy ok mistakes happen but this timmies twice now sucks I'm sorry. I don't recommend here. And I never leave bad reviews hardly ever

Always waiting way to long always messing up my order, there is only one person that works there that should even work there the rest are yelling in a other language it just makes for a bad morning experience.

Your menu says 2.39 for 10 pack of timbits, but it rings up as 2.99.

Staff has no training or sense of organization, expect a long wait with errors in the order.
