Kaiserstuhl - Lungern

We were here with a group of friends. selina the waitress was very attentive and brought us nice eating. I had a chicken half with mixed salad, which was tender and tasty. a friend had bark meat with kartoffels. we sat outside with...beautiful view of the lake and the mountains in the evening sun highly recommended

We (3 adult 1 child) visited Wednesday afternoon for coffee and cake good that was the intention. it was hard to get the attention of the service personnel. they were too busy talking to each other and the tables for them. even then they had no cake at all, nothing nada niente. it is the holiday season, it is a tourist place, it is also a hotel and they have no cake or pastries to offer on the afternoon!? the waitress was kind of friendly, but always so fast went from our table, clearly she had other priorities (in an empty restaurant) then served us. Overall, I did not welcome the imperial smarrn they have on the menu, came in cut pieces in a very small dessert dish. imperial smarr them in pieces in the pan while cooking they do not cut it... at least a disappointing visit. because it is more in the middle top price class, I want to go there anytime as soon as it was wasted a bit of money

Der Blick über den Lungerensee allein ist die Reise wert. Der smaragdgrüne See und die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge sind ein Genuss. Dank des motivierten und freundlichen Personals fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben und kann es kaum erwarten, bis die Küche ihre Rolle spielt. Wir bestellten das Fischersieb und die Kaisertatze (Forellenchnusperli und Schweins Cordon Bleu). Selten haben wir ein Cordon Bleu gegessen, das so viel Käse enthielt. Das Gemüse ist traditionell und mit Butter zubereitet, die Pommes sind knusprig und gut gewürzt. Die Senfsauce zu den Forellenchnusperli ist leicht und wird durch die Dijon-Senfkörner begleitet, die die in Bierteig gebackenen Fischstückchen umhüllen. Der Salat ist frisch und wird mit einer unerwarteten Garnierung serviert (Popcorn und Apfel). Insgesamt ein genussvoller Aufenthalt, für den man gerne den Preis zahlt.

Das Hotel hat sehr schöne Zimmer. Die Lage direkt am Lungernsee ist perfekt für Personene, die gerne angeln möchten. Das Personal ist SEHR freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
