Spectacular Tubers - Lutcher

The potato I ordered was incredibly dry and had far less sauce than normal. I was informed that I could request extra sauce for an additional charge, which feels unfair considering the $15 I already spent. While I was waiting, I noticed two other customers expressing the same complaint. It seems they are skimping on portion sizes, which is negatively impacting both quality and customer satisfaction, all while prices are on the rise. This is unacceptable. Rating: Food 3/5.

The food isn’t the issue. But you can’t be successful when your employees are more concerned about kids running around the restaurant and stealing money out the register than taking care of customers
