Adam’s Brasserie at Luton Hoo

I'm somewhere between 3 and 4 stars but I'm leaning towards 3 based on some of the service as well as some of the food.

The restaurant was extremely crowded, with one large group, and there were not enough staff to handle the demand. The limited selection of only three menu options was disappointing.

I have visited Adam's Brasserie multiple times and have generally had a positive experience. However, during my most recent visit, there were a few minor issues that detracted from the overall enjoyment. We were seated at a table by a window that was letting in a draught, despite being closed. The head waiter explained that there was not much they could do about it due to the building being listed, but offered to move us to another table. We decided to stay at first, hoping the draught would subside, but eventually requested to be moved before our main course. Additionally, some of the vegetables we were served were undercooked to the point of being too hard. We chose not to raise these concerns with the staff at the time, but decided to try something different from the Christmas menu on our next visit. Despite these issues, the atmosphere was pleasant, and my carrot and fennel soup and dessert were delicious. Overall, aside from a few minor complaints, we enjoyed our experience at Adam's Brasserie.
