Casey's Craft Kitchen - Lutz

Took 37 mins for food to arrive once order placed. I had ordered the shroom sliders as my entree. Bad choice. Rubbery, runny, too large of sliced veggies on the sliders-couldn 't eat as slider, black oozy water on bottom of plate from rubbery mushrooms. Goat cheese almost non-existent in sliders. We won 't be back.

Did not expect this kinda place in Lutz. Was traveling for work and did a yelp search and found this place. Decided to give it a try and WOW. Nice ambiance, great drinks and the Crab Arancini were awesome! Followed this with the Hoisin Salmon. A great meal all around!

Staff is great and Pam from Blue Point Brewery is awesome; we all enjoyed the Mad Sead!!!

After being seated, we were left unattended for about 10 minutes, even though a group of servers were standing just a few feet away. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it took an astonishingly long time to receive our drinks and food. Feeling indulgent, I ordered their grilled cheese, hoping for the fantastic quality I had come to expect from this place. What I received was a puzzling dish: the bread was overly greasy and soggy on the outside, while the cheese inside was dry and sparse, resulting in a chaotic mess. I managed to eat half of it when the chef unexpectedly appeared at our table with a brand new, beautifully grilled cheese sandwich. He apologized for allowing the previous one to leave the kitchen without his approval. To top off the experience, I headed to the restroom to wash my hands only to find it in disarray. Dust covered the lovely wooden stall walls and doors, discarded air freshener cases were scattered about, and worst of all, the soap dispenser was broken—there was no soap! How can the staff be washing their hands properly? This restaurant once showcased high-quality food and drinks, with passionate staff who truly cared. It’s a disappointing change. I sincerely hope management takes the time to reassess and restore the standard they once maintained.

I can't believe this place has closed down; it was truly a five-star venue. I'm really disappointed because it's tough to find a nice spot in Tampa that offers great food along with live music.
