Although I will never understand their pricing... That is, in the grocery store, beef is a lot higher than chicken.... Which means a chicken sandwich should be as cheap or cheaper than a beef burger ???? Nevertheless in the fast food industry and as faras taste, service and atmosphere... They cannot be beat

-10 stars not even zero. Worst Chick-fil-A I ever been to. My order was missing food. Had to wait, again after just waiting in a long ine for 15 minutes. Theres a rude manager Lauren that works there with a bad attitude like if I was the problem. Thenleft and went back because they forgot to put straws in the bag left and still forgot to put my condiments in the bag . At thatpoint I just asked for a refund. Then when to another Chick-fil-A that provided great customer service.Never going to this oneagain!

My wife and I went for breakfast and ended up waiting about 25 minutes, even though we were the 12th car in line. This level of wait time is unusual for Chick-fil-A. However, the real issue arose when we received the incorrect order after our wait. We had requested a chicken biscuit without butter, but instead, we got a chicken biscuit with an extra biscuit smothered in extra butter. It felt almost like a joke, and I couldn't help but laugh when I opened the bag. When my wife opened hers, we noticed that the biscuit was visibly undercooked but still edible. Overall, I wouldn't take the five-star ratings here too seriously. It was a frustrating experience. Please consider training your staff to improve their service. Thank you.

I ordered the daily special, which was supposed to be a 12-piece meal, but I ended up receiving only an 8 1/2-piece meal instead. At least the fries and tea were served in full size!

Recently, it seems they've been getting orders mixed up. The customer service is excellent, but if you're picking up food to go, be sure to check your order carefully before you leave. There's nothing worse than getting home to find that your order is incorrect.
