The guy taking our order made the process very confusing by selecting sides for us without asking, and then specifically asking if we wanted cheese on the side without mentioning it would be extra. I think he wanted to pocket the difference tbh. The burrito was almost cold, soggy, ripped in several places, light on the meat and utterly flavorless. Chips were stale and cheese sauce was fine.
