Villa Honegg - Luzern

I'm overwhelmed.The situation is incredible. we arrived and were able to park in the garage and the baggage was brought to the hotel room. not only the personal first class, but the equipment and the catering. a bit disappointed we were from the pool. very small but the massage did it again well!

We had dinner here on a Thursday evening as we were staying at the hotel. Amazing. Service friendly but absolutely professional. Pretty much all tables were booked but 2 m rule respected. What amazed me is that I was able to have local fish with local vegetables and even local wine. It tasted amazing. I also had a bit of the entrecote stake my partner was having and omg I wish I had gone for that! Again local! If you have a special occasion or date then I would recommend this place!

Hotel Reception is good. Manager is bad. We went for a late dinner after exhausting trip, hoping to have nice light dinner to fulfil our tummy. Went with proper bed costume. Rejected entry Was told there was a dress code for the restaurant (have to change shoes, does not specificially tell us to have proper dress shirts). The restaurant is not full yow... Went back to change our slippers to shoes. Was directed to another 'secluded isolated ' room. Lucky still have understanding waiter to serve our food. We stayed at the hotel and still got these poor treatments... no wonder the hotel is not full, even post-omicron, if you have arrogant and not understanding manager, you will always lose customers. P.S. We went to Burgenstock Resort and we had the same bed costume. We were greeted like a VIP, happy with the server, waiter manager. No one checking our outfit and welcome us as we are important customers as others. That is true hospitality.

Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit einer herrlichen Aussicht und das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Sie ist direkt an der Wanderroute gelegen oder mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Herrlich gelegen. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee. Die Terrasse ist in zwei Bereiche unterteilt: Getränke und Snacks auf der einen Seite, gepflegt gedeckte Tische auf der anderen Seite.
