We have been here a few times as and when we are in Lynchburg. We usually have breakfast and it has always been good. The building is older and full of character, the menu is good the staff are pleasant. What more can you ask for? Oh and not a TV in sight I’m pleased to say which only adds to the ambiance. It can get busy on a Sunday so be prepared for that.
Excellent atmosphere. The building is an older one in the downtown district. The staff are stellar and always have good suggestions. The food is awesome. I have never got anything that didn't deliver. Make sure you save room for the carrot cake! They also have many options for craft beer. A must if your in Lynchburg, and hungry!
Nice little restaurant. Went for breakfast. Food was decent. Didn't care for the green fried tomatoes. Service was good. Nice atmosphere would go again.
The food was unappetizing and disappointing from the dry sausage patties to the oil drenched red potatoes to the peculiar taste of the stuffed French toast. The reason for the 1-star is due to the service, the bacon and the waffle, which made the experience decent. Our server was pretty good. The best part of the food is when we left. My boyfriend ordered the chicken and waffles, which wasn 't as expected, as it was 2 chicken tenders atop a buttermilk waffle. The stuffed French toast left much to be desired. It didn 't taste good at all. The roasted potatoes weren 't good either. The cranberry mango mimosa and hot cocoa left a lot to be desired. Ironically, as we were leaving, the group in front of us made comments that their food wasn 't good, too.
