Wyndhurst Nutrition is a delightful new addition to the Wyndhurst community that opened just a few months ago and is run by an LU student. I had the wonderful opportunity to visit for the first time recently and ordered a chocolate caramel cheesecake protein shake. Their menu is composed of meal replacement protein shakes and loaded teas (energy teas). Both have many flavors to choose from! I am quite picky with my protein shakes and was hesitant to order one that I didn't either make myself or purchase pre-bottled, but I was so impressed with the flavor, texture, and overall quality of my shake! Many people avoid protein shakes because of a gritty texture and a noticeable protein powder taste, but these are so well done that you almost think you're having a milkshake! My only suggestion is that they need to play music or something in there because it is REALLY quiet and almost awkward to stand waiting for your shake (I felt the need to whisper). Additionally, I wouldn't have known this place existed if I wasn't so curious about new places opening up in Wyndhurst. I hope some presence on Yelp will change that because I highly recommend visiting. I'm planning on returning soon!

Wyndhurst Nutrition is amazing. The owner is so sweet and cares so much about the business. She is so welcoming. The drinks are amazing. You cannot taste the protein because of how heavenly the taste is. The teas are even better. They have so many different varieties and flavors. Everyone can find something they like. I am definitely going to be a regular.
