The Mill - Lynden

The waitress quickly brought us water and was eager to answer all our questions. We started with a charcuterie board, which was a fantastic selection that was perfect for the four of us to share. Two of us ordered Paninis—the Turkey Pesto and the Orchard Valley. Both were delicious, but the Orchard Valley really stood out with its tasty combination of brie and pear. The other two members of our group opted for Flatbread Pizza. The Vegetable Garden pizza was topped with an array of veggies, pesto, an Italian cheese blend, mozzarella, and a drizzle of balsamic—almost like a salad on flatbread! The Margherita pizza was also excellent, although my daughter found the vinegar flavor too overpowering, which masked the other flavors. It was an interesting choice, especially since it didn’t come with red sauce. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. There were plenty of kid-friendly options, as well as gluten-free substitutions. It was such a pleasure to dine outside, especially since there aren’t many decent outdoor dining spots in Lynden. We look forward to returning and trying new dishes!

The best dining experience in Lynden! The food is excellently prepared, with a thoughtful attention to dressings and sauces. It’s clear that every detail of the meal has been meticulously planned and executed. The music was fantastic as well; I even went ahead and downloaded her playlist!

The food is amazing, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The rosé cider is divine! My only complaint is the choice of country music playing in the background.

Great food and service as well as friendly customers as we in. Tryed this place for the first time and was not disappointed. From apps to main course we loved everything. Will definitely be back.

Service was great and the waiter was knowledgeable! Pricing was not expensive and has a very nice cozy ambiance. Food was good. My wife really loved her French dip. My burger was good but had it been excellent, would have earned the 5th star!
