Írjon visszajelzéstThis is our second time here. There will also be a third some day. The staff (Peter) was so kind and accommodating. The property is maintained very well. Beautiful outside and inside. If you're stressed (I'm not, I'm retired) take your walk around the shops in both Lynton and Lynmouth, get that out of the way, then just sit in the living room, enjoy the views, and pretend it's all yours. Actually, they make you think it is. Take the walk to the Valley of the Rocks but continue to Lee Abbey. Take the walk to Watersmeet too. Soak it all in. Then come back to The Seawood for a rest, and again, the views. Then, start over from the beginning. If the weather is not what you expected, it doesnt matter. Make the most of it all. Enjoy the great breakfasts and specially made dinners if you so choose. Meet a few new friends while you're at it. Thank you very much. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
We stayed at the Seawood for 2 nights very recently, and were so happy with our stay. Peter was so welcoming and lovely, he clearly loves doing what he does! He could not do enough for us. The hotel was full of beautiful decor, the honesty bar was so easy to use and convenient! There were bowls with free snacks here and there to just help yourselves. There's a DVD library on the first floor so you can take a film back to your room to watch. Our room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you would expect. We had dinner both nights at the hotel. The food was delicious. We had steak on the first night, ribs on the second. The meat was perfect each time. My partner had the tomato and basil soup to start and loved it. I had prawns in garlic butter. They were perfect. The breakfast was the best Eggs Royale I have ever had, hands down! The bone china and tiny silver jubilee teaspoons were a lovely touch, as were the different salt and pepper shakers on each table. The whole place was just so welcoming. The outside terrace, and that view, just really can not be beat! I could have spent our entire stay sitting there with drinks. The stay was made all the more perfect by my now fiancé proposing to me there! So this hotel will be an important place for us where we made an important memory. Thank you Peter for everything, will absolutely stay again! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

A wonderful boutique style hotel. Lovely old antique furnishings which were very quintessential. Loved the bone China tea cups and sets. Stunning views. We stayed for 3 nights in a superior room. Large and comfortable. Beautiful views of the sea and beyond. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of choice as was the evening meals. The food was excellent. We sat in a lovely room with a candle lit table. Peter was an excellent host in every way. Rooms: Large room. Stunning views. Small table and two chairs by the window. To sit and look st the views. Large comfortable King size bed. Walkability: Excellent walks to do. However not so much if you find walking difficult due to the many slopes and hills. Food drinks: Loved the honesty bar when we stayed. Food was beautifully cooked, of a high standard and beautifully presented. Fish dishes were excellent especially the white bait and garlic butter prawns. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet
